If you have been using Fitbit to track your sleep then there is a chance that you might have been facing issues with your Sleep Score. If that’s the case and your sleep score is not updating, don’t worry we’re here to help you out.

A lot of people have been facing this issue but fortunately, there is a solution available.

This problem can be irritating, however, there is a fix available. In this blog post, we are going to show you how you can fix your Fitbit Sleep score. So keep on reading this post till the end.

5 Ways to Fix the “Fitbit Sleep Score Not Showing” Issue

Login to the Fitbit app again:

If your Fitbit sleep score isn’t showing up correctly, there’s an easy fix. All you need to do is log out of the app and then log in again.

This will force the app to reload all your information from the servers and display all sleep data correctly. To log out, open the Fitbit app and go to the Today tab. Then tap your account picture or profile icon at the top left corner. Scroll down and choose Log Out.

Once logged out, tap login and follow the steps on the screen. That’s all there is to it.

    Reinstall the Fitbit app:

If logging out and logging back in again doesn’t work, then you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This will delete all your data from the app but don’t worry, it will still be backed up on Fitbit’s servers.

To uninstall the app, first of all, go to Settings, and then click on App Management. After that, a list of applications will appear in front of you. From there click on Fitbit, and then click on Uninstall.

    Update the Fitbit App:

If you have already tried the above-mentioned methods and they didn’t work for you, then the last thing you can try is to update the Fitbit app.

To do that, first of all, go to Google Play Store and then search for Fitbit. Once found, click on Update. If there is no update available, then you will see an Open button instead of an Update button.

    Reset Sleep Goal Settings:

A good night’s sleep is important for overall health and well-being, and many people use Fitbit to help track their sleep patterns.

However, if you find that your sleep score is consistently low, it may be because you have set a daily sleep goal. This setting can interfere with getting an accurate sleep score, so it’s best to remove it.

    • To do so, open the Fitbit app and go to the Today tab.
    • Then, tap on the Sleep tile.
    • In the upper corner, select the Settings gear icon (it’s next to the + sign).
    • For iPhones, tap on the More Menu (3 dots icon) in the upper right corner.
    • Choose to Remove the sleep goal. We also suggest you repeat step 4 and remove your target bedtime and target wake-up time.
    • For Android phones, tap Time Asleep Goal and choose to remove it.
    • Repeat and remove your target bedtime and target wake-up time.
    • Verify you removed those sleep goals and targets by ensuring those metrics now say Set goal or Set Time.
    • Finally, restart your Fitbit.
    • Once you’ve completed all these steps, you should see an improvement in your sleep score.

    Delete Your Sleep Log

It’s no secret that a good night’s sleep is important for our overall health and well-being. Unfortunately, sometimes our busy lives can get in the way of getting enough shut-eye. If you’ve been struggling to get a good night’s rest, one thing you can do is keep a sleep log.

This simply entails noting down the time you went to bed and the time you woke up each day, as well as any other relevant information such as how many times you woke up during the night. Not only will this help you to identify patterns in your sleep habits, but it can also be a useful tool for tracking your progress over time.

If you’re using a fitness tracker like Fitbit to track your sleep, you may occasionally find that your sleep data is missing for a particular day.

If this happens, one troubleshooting step you can try is deleting your most recent sleep log (or logs). In most cases, doing this will help to retrieve your missing data and sleep score.

To delete a sleep log on Fitbit, simply go to the Today tab in the app and select the sleep tile. Then scroll down and tap on the specific day’s sleep log that you want to delete.

For iPhones, you’ll need to tap the three-dot More button that appears next to the date; for Android devices, tap the pencil icon. From there, simply select the Delete Sleep Log and confirm that you want to proceed.

In most cases, this will help to retrieve your missing data and restore your sleep score.

    Conclusion:
