Check The Power Source
The Skullcandy Dime is a wireless headphone that charges via a USB cable. We recommend plugging the headphones into your phone and seeing if it turns on. If not, then you may need to replace the battery.
The battery can be replaced by taking off the ear cup and unscrewing the battery cover with a Phillips head screwdriver. You will need a CR-2032 battery which can be found at most stores. Then take off the old battery by pulling gently on one of the terminals to disconnect it from the circuit board and insert the new one in its place.
Reset the power source
If your battery dies and you are unable to charge it, try these steps:
- Make sure that the power button is not held down. This can cause the device to turn off or shut down.
