It seems like everywhere you look, someone is wearing a fitness tracker. As people become more health-conscious, the demand for fitness trackers has skyrocketed.

There are many types of fitness trackers on the market, but the Whoop vs Apple Watch are two of the most popular. So, which one is better? Let’s take a closer look at each one to find out.

    Whoop vs Apple Watch: Features

When it comes to features, the Whoop and the Apple Watch are both packed with them. The Whoop has all the basic fitness tracker features, such as heart rate tracking, sleep tracking, and activity tracking. It also has some unique features, such as strain tracking and recovery monitoring.

The Apple Watch also has all the basic fitness tracker features, plus a few extras.

In addition to heart rate tracking and activity tracking, it also has GPS, so you can track your runs without carrying your phone with you. It also has Siri integration, so you can use your voice to control it. And if you have an iPhone, you can use Apple Pay to make payments with your watch.

    Strap

The first thing you’ll notice about the Whoop and the Apple Watch is that they have very different designs. The Whoop has a minimalist design and only consists of a strap that goes around your wrist.

The Apple Watch, on the other hand, is a full-fledged smartwatch with a digital display.

The Whoop Strap is made of elastomer, a type of rubber. It’s comfortable to wear and is adjustable to fit any wrist size. The Apple Watch, on the other hand, has a metal or plastic body with a glass face. It’s also available in two different sizes: 38mm and 42mm.

    Accuracy

When it comes to accuracy, both the Whoop and the Apple Watch are quite accurate. However, the Whoop is slightly more accurate than the Apple Watch.

This is because the Whoop uses an optical heart rate sensor, while the Apple Watch uses an electrical heart rate sensor.

    Battery Life

The Whoop has a battery life of up to 5 days, while the Apple Watch has a battery life of up to 18 hours. So, if you’re looking for a fitness tracker with long battery life, the Whoop is the better option.

    Price

When it comes to price, the Whoop is the more affordable option. It’s available for $30 per month or $300 per year. The Apple Watch, on the other hand, starts at $399.

So, which fitness tracker is better? The Whoop or the Apple Watch?

It really depends on your needs and preferences. If you’re looking for a simple fitness tracker, the Whoop is a great option. If you want a smartwatch with more features, the Apple Watch is the better choice.
